Twitter bites back

I have spent the last week or so in total Twit-immersion, in a purely social media sense, natch. People are mean on there when you start putting opinions out there - and it's no use just talking to people I already know and like! It reminds me very much of my early days as a naieve pr exec, thinking people would overlook small mistakes. They don't. Must toughen up!
