what an amazing woman rania is, with such composure and strength and clarity of message.
Another thing I heard somewhere that made an impact on me was..
pity is a form of contempt
compassion is a form of love
and now to bed

I agree about pity. Pity is just fear twisted around a bit, and no use to anyone.
